As a result of our collaboration, we process information about you.

This privacy policy describes how we process your personal data.
The guidelines for our processing of personal data can be found in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR” – 2016/679) and the Danish Data Protection Act, both of which come into force on May 25, 2018. Before this date, the processing is regulated in the current Danish Personal Data Act.

2. PURPOSE – USE OF PERSONAL DATA

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

We process your personal data as part of our customer relationship and/or by virtue of our cooperation in connection with sales-related activities. By using the contact form on the website and signing up for the newsletter.

3. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

We process the following categories of personal data about you:

  • a) General personal data: It is primarily general data such as name, address, contact data, CVR no., CHR no., information about the company’s operations, production conditions, ownership, finances, account number, etc. that we process. General data with a higher level of protection in the form of CPR no. and information about criminal offenses may also be processed.
  • b) Sensitive personal data: In certain cases, we may process sensitive personal data.

4. BASIS FOR TREATMENT

We process your personal data as described above based on the following processing bases:

  • a) In order to fulfill our contract, cooperation agreement, purchase/sale and sending offers etc. via e-mail etc.
  • b) To be able to comply with applicable law.
  • c) If it follows from a sufficiently legitimate interest.
  • d) If we have obtained consent to process the data.

5. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data we collect in connection with the customer and/or collaboration relationship will be stored physically and electronically.

Your information will be kept secure and confidential. Only persons with a legitimate need have lawful access to your personal data.

Upon termination of the customer or business relationship, we will decide to what extent your data should be deleted. As a starting point, your personal data will be stored for 5 years after the end of the customer or cooperation relationship and will then be deleted without undue delay at the end of the year. If, in exceptional cases, legislation allows for a longer retention period, this can take place.

We collect personal data from the following sources:

  • Directly from you
  • CVR register

7. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may disclose your personal data to third parties who assist us in handling our administration, e.g. payroll administration, bookkeeping, hosting of IT systems, etc.

We also disclose your personal data to relevant public authorities to the extent that we are obliged to do so.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the following rights:

  • You have the right to request access, rectification or erasure of your personal data.
  • You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to have the processing of your personal data restricted.
  • If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to your withdrawal of consent.
  • You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).
  • You can always lodge a complaint about the processing of your personal data with a data protection supervisory authority, such as The Danish Data Protection Agency.
